How long does my order take to ship?

We usually ship orders within 24 hours. Friday orders will ship on Monday and any order placed on a holiday will ship the next day.

What is your return policy? 

Hair must be returned within 30 days of your order

Note: If the hair is opened it will be returned back to the owner

Hair must not be worn, damaged or removed from the original packaging.

Please email us about any returns, we are not responsible for shipping for exchanges, we do cover the cost of the return label to send back your return/exchange.
